Every year, thousands of locals and visitors alike convene at Temple Square to take in the spectacle that is their Christmas lights. There are hundreds of thousands of lights at Temple Square, with crews beginning installation in August. While the lights are their primary drawing point, Temple Square also offers a variety of free concerts and demonstrations from bluegrass to the Tabernacle Choir. They will also be including a special EVE WinterFest concert schedule on the 29th, 30th and 31st of December that is free to the public.
Here are some upcoming sights, rehearsals and concerts offered by Temple Square during the holiday season:
-Free nightly concerts at Assembly Hall at 5:30PM, 6:30PM, 7:30PM and 8:30PM through December 23rd.
-Free daily concerts in Joseph Smith Memorial Building at 1PM, 2PM, 3PM 4PM and 5PM through December 23rd.
